FAINTED AND HYPERTENSION



harini aku pengsan...
pengsan buat 10saat aku rase

mula2 tu aq meniarap macam biasa, online
and lepas tu aq bangun nak buat sit ups 100x
after that... ingat nak main2 testing baju
last2 masa aq bukak almari baju,
tetibe kepala aq pusing, jantung aq berdegup laju and 
aku rebah kat katil...

shit...

"i'm gonna faint in this room..."

dah la pintu tertutup
dengan aku yg 99% tak berbaju
giler lah...

aku ingat aq jadi camtu sbb panas sangat kot
bahang kuat sangat and lagipun aq xmandi lagi time uh...

and then lepas makan nasi, minum caffeine sume
aq citer la kat mak aku...
and ckp kat dia nak testing blood pressure aku
rumah kitaorg ada alat uh...

so we tested
muka mak agak tegang

"Tingginya... 180/84,"

aku ingat darah rendah, maklumla aq bukannya reti sangat baca2 blood pressure punya measurement nih
and lepas aq usha google baru aku tau

under 120 is normal
121-129 is hypertension 
130-139 is pre hypertension
140-160 dah consider teruk giler babi dah tu

so kesimpulannya aq pre hypertension
giler lah...
aq rase aq penah kena sekali camni

hmm...
mak marah aku, ayah nasihat...
my life is stress... really...

aq rasa punca utama aq stress lah
pemakanan sume aq jaga
lifestyle aq pun, aq jog selalu...

hypertension can lead to heart attack and stroke
take care of your health...

oh physics please be nice to me dont kill me slowly... aq buat past years physics... omg ... tak terjawab aku kate ko... at least  chemistry  ade la jugak samar2 dia nak menjawab kan? physics nih... bapak menakutkan ... (T_T) kena triple up kan lagi usaha!! physics, i wont give up okay!!!

R.I.P MARCO SIMONCELLI

Italian motorcyclist Marco Simoncelli died in a horrific crash at today's MotoGP race in Malaysia, organisers have said. The 24-year-old was flung from his bike and skidded across the track, before apparently being hit by competitors Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi. Simoncelli's bike was smashed to pieces after his dramatic loss of control in the second lap. The unconscious rider was taken to the medical centre at the track in Sepang for treatment, but his injuries to the chest, head and neck were too serious for him to be saved.
